Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please allow 3-5 weeks for production on all items once PREMADE stock has been sold out, unless otherwise specified. Production for preorder items will begin after the store's site closes. Once your item is shipped you will receive a shipping notice via email. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive once it is in transit.

Please do not purchase if you are not prepared to wait a minimum of 3-5 weeks for production if the item is sold out.

If the item is lost in transit/not received once it has already been shipped by "Proficide", it is out of our hands. It is up to the customer to reach out to the shipping courier (UPS/USPS) and open up a claim for a "Lost Package".
